 &lt;p&gt;Katie Leo is an adopted Korean writer, actor and educator.&amp;nbsp; As an actor, she has worked with numerous Twin Cities theatre companies.&amp;nbsp; She is a core member of MaMa mOsAiC Theatre, a women of color collective with whom she co-wrote and co-produced &lt;em&gt;Bride/price&lt;/em&gt;, which debuted at Mixed Blood Theatre in December of 2004. As a writer, she has had work published in &lt;em&gt;60 Seconds to Shine: 221 One-Minute Monologues for Men&lt;/em&gt; (Heinemann), &lt;em&gt;Monologues from the Playwrights&amp;rsquo; Center &lt;/em&gt;(Smith &amp;amp; Kraus), &lt;em&gt;Talking Stick&lt;/em&gt; (Jackpine Writers Bloc), &lt;em&gt;The Journal of the Asian American Renaissance&lt;/em&gt;, and &lt;em&gt;HardKore&lt;/em&gt;, a literary magazine out of Koreatown, Chicago.&amp;nbsp; Her first solo written play, &lt;em&gt;A Single Shard&lt;/em&gt;, was commissioned and produced by Stages Theatre Company in 2005.&amp;nbsp; She has been awarded a Blacklock Fellowship for Poetry, a Mentor Series for Poetry at the Loft Literary Center, and two Many Voices Residencies at the Playwrights&amp;rsquo; Center.&amp;nbsp; In addition, Ms. Leo has performed work at various open mics and cabarets around the Twin Cities.&lt;/p&gt;

 &lt;p&gt;Allen Malicsi has been a professional performer in the Twin Cities for 12 years. His performances have involved acting, vocal performance, dance, guitar and piano performance and also martial arts presentations. Theatrically, he has worked with such companies as Theater Mu, Park Square Theater, Stages Theater, No Manifesto Theater Co., The Cromulent Shakespeare Company and the Ronin Theater Company. In addition, Mr. Malicsi has performed for many theater productions produced by the Twin Cities Filipino community, which were staged at the Ordway Theater in St. Paul, Minnesota. Mr. Malicsi began his artistic career at the age of three at the Yamaha School of Music as a piano student. At the age of five his training took him to the MacPhail School of Music in Minneapolis, Minnesota where he also began his training in classical guitar. While studying political science at St. John&amp;rsquo;s University, he was classically trained as a tenor while continuing his training as pianist and classical guitarist.&amp;nbsp; He has studied the Korean art of Tae Kwon Do, Filipino Kali and Chinese Kempo for over 13 years. He is a certified instructor in Tae Kwon Do and is currently training for his 4th Degree Black Belt examination in June of 2005.&lt;/p&gt;

 &lt;p&gt;Kiseung Rhee has had an illustrious career in bringing to life aquatic creatures to the stage for Theater Mu in the past seven years (crab, shark, Dragon King, etc.), as well as non-aquatic roles (Uncle/Ajishe, Jung Li, Mercutio, Tiger, etc.). In addition to acting, Mr. Rhee cannot be defined as just as actor, but also as a playwright and director (not at the same time, mind you). His recent projects include the 2005 Next Wave Festival, the &lt;em&gt;Nesian&lt;/em&gt; (commissioned by Theatro del Pueblo), and his own pet projects (like cleaning his room and doing taxes). &lt;/p&gt;

 &lt;p&gt;Eric “Pogi” Sumangil began his onstage career as a baby, being held (along with a script) as his father rehearsed for one of many plays with the local Filipino community.  After playing Papa Bear in The Trial of Goldilocks (dir. Charles Hubbell) at the ripe old age of twelve, he graduated to playing spear-carriers while unsuccessfully wooing women in high school.  After earning degrees in Asian Studies and Communication from St. John’s University, he joined the ranks of the Twin Cities theater community.  &lt;p&gt;Active in both theater and taiko, Jennifer Weir is grateful to Mu for the many opportunities to perform, direct and create. Although she began her theater career as an actor, her recent experience is in directing.&amp;nbsp; On Mu&#039;s main stage, she directed &lt;em&gt;Happy Valley &lt;/em&gt;by Aurorae Khoo, wrote and directed the one-act &lt;em&gt;Demons of Noto Hanto &lt;/em&gt;and served as assistant director for &lt;em&gt;Song of a Nisei Fisherman&lt;/em&gt; and &lt;em&gt;Falling Flowers.&lt;/em&gt; She has participated in Mu&#039;s directing festivals with projects, &lt;em&gt;Dipped in Love, Happy Valley, Architecture of Loss, Wonderland&lt;/em&gt; and &lt;em&gt;Tokyo Bound.&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp; Recently, she collaborated with Kaori Kenmotsu to create &lt;em&gt;Charcoal Line Project&lt;/em&gt;, an exploration of the connecting spirit between taiko and modern dance. She is also a senior member of Mu Daiko and performs, teaches and composes taiko as often as she can.&amp;nbsp; Jennifer is a member of Mu&#039;s Core Artistic Group, and MAAG and Mu Daiko. She has received the American Composers Forum subito Grant, Artist Exploration Arts International Grant, Playwrights&#039; Center Many Voices Grant, and the Asian American Renaissance Artist Career Development Jerome Re-Grant. &lt;/p&gt;
